What is the Refer a Friend programme?
It’s a simple way to share Watergate’s Sonic device with others. When someone uses your referral link or code to buy a Sonic, they get £20 off – and you earn £20 once the purchase is confirmed.
What do I get for referring someone?
You receive a £20 reward for each qualifying purchase made using your referral link. You can redeem your reward via the Tremendous platform, where you can choose from various digital vouchers (e.g. Amazon gift cards) or other payout options.
Who can I refer?
Anyone – friends, family, or followers. Just make sure they order from the watergate.ai online store and have their device delivered within the UK.
What does my friend get?
They get £20 off the price of the Sonic device.
Can I take part if I live outside the UK?
Yes, you can be a referrer from anywhere. But currently, only purchases delivered within the UK qualify for the programme.
How do I see the rewards I have earned?
Log in to your affiliate panel on the watergate website. This will show you all sales made using your affiliate / refer-a-friend coupon or link.
How long after someone uses my referral code or link do I get paid?
Your sales eligible for rewards will be approved 30 days after the purchase is made. We then pay out to you within two weeks of that date.
Why can’t I immediately withdraw?
To protect against fraud, we need to wait 30 days before approving commissions. We then make regular payouts on a two-week cycle.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Log in to your affiliate panel on the watergate website – https://watergate.ai/my-account/relay-affiliate-marketing/. This will show you amounts that are eligible for a payout. From here you can select Payout to trigger the process.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No, you can share your code or unique link with as many people as you like.

I’ve lost my referral code – where do I find it?
Log in to your affiliate panel on the watergate website and you can see both your unique URL link and discount code there.
Do I need to share my unique coupon or my referral link, or both?
You can share either. Your unique coupon code needs to be added at checkout by the person you share it with to get the £20 discount. If they click on your unique referral link, the £20 discount will be automatically applied.
Someone I referred forgot to use my code at checkout, can I still earn my £20?
No, we’re very sorry but we can only reward you when people use your unique referral link or Discount coupon when making their purchase.
