Watergate joins the RICS Tech Network
We’re pleased to announce that Watergate is now an RICS Tech Network Solution Provider, joining a community of organisations using technology to tackle challenges across the built and natural environment.
Water is becoming an increasingly important part of the conversation about building performance. From preventing costly leaks to reducing consumption and the carbon footprint of water use, property professionals face growing pressure to manage this essential resource more intelligently.
At Watergate, we’re helping make that possible. Our smart water management technology gives building owners, surveyors and facilities teams the visibility and control they need to reduce risk, cut waste and make better-informed decisions.
Joining the RICS Tech Network gives us an opportunity to bring water into the wider conversation about smarter, more resilient buildings, sharing insights and connecting with others working to improve the built environment.
We’re also delighted that Gareth Thomas, Watergate’s commercial director, will be speaking at the RICS Technology and AI Summit on 30 November 2026, contributing to the discussion on responsible technology in practice.

We’re looking forward to being part of the conversation. Because smarter buildings need smarter water management.
