Watergate wins ‘Best Smart Building Technology’ award
We’re proud to share that Watergate has been named the winner of “Best Smart Building Technology” at the 2025 Property Week Tech Innovation Awards.
The award recognises how Watergate is helping property owners, operators, and residents detect and prevent leaks automatically, cut water use, and protect buildings from avoidable damage – saving money, reducing carbon, and building resilience across the sector.
This latest success follows our win for Leakage Initiative of the Year at the Water Industry Awards and a huge haul of other recent nominations.
