Watergate showcases smart water management at UKREiiF 2025
Last week, Watergate was proud to exhibit at UKREiiF 2025 in Leeds – one of the UK’s most influential events for real estate, property, and infrastructure.
We were there in collaboration with REACH UK, and the event brought together more than 16,000 industry professionals to discuss innovation, sustainability, and the future of the built environment.
Our team was thrilled to showcase Watergate’s AI-powered platform, which helps landlords, asset managers, and property operators prevent leaks, reduce water waste, and cut costs – in some cases by as much as 68%.
The energy on the ground was electric. It was fantastic to see such a strong interest in smarter water management and to connect with so many forward-thinking organisations looking to future-proof their assets.
