Watergate now integrates with Crestron Home

We’re excited to share that Watergate Sonic now integrates with Crestron Home, bringing water risk management directly into the smart control systems you already use.

For years, smart devices like lights, cameras and locks have been part of unified home control. But water has often sat outside those systems. With this integration, that changes.

What the Crestron integration delivers

With the Watergate Sonic driver for Crestron Home, you can:

  • View real-time water telemetry – flow, pressure and temperature – from within your Crestron setup.
  • See daily usage and valve status without switching apps.
  • Open or close your water valve from the Crestron interface.
  • Build water control into routines and automations alongside other smart home logic.

This makes water behaviour part of the way you manage a building’s systems.

Why this matters

Water issues don’t wait. Leaks can start quietly, hidden behind walls or below floors, before they become expensive damage. Integrating Sonic with Crestron Home means water risk is visible in a platform you already trust and monitor.

Bringing water into your wider smart management ecosystem supports:

  • Faster awareness of unusual events
  • Simpler responses when something goes wrong
  • A more holistic view of building performance

That can help teams protect assets, reduce waste, and avoid disruption.

Who benefits

This integration is relevant for:

  • Smart homes and estates using Crestron Home
  • Facilities teams looking to reduce water risk
  • Integrators delivering unified building experiences

Whether you’re automating everyday scenes or responding to critical alerts, water now sits beside your other essential systems.
