Terms and Conditions –
Installation Cashback

1. Introduction

   These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Watergate Installation Cashback” programme (“Programme”) operated by Watergate AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15320638, with its registered office at 5 Jardine House, Bessborough Road, Harrow, HA1 3EX (“Watergate”, “we”, “us”).

   By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

   1. “Sonic” refers to the Watergate smart water shut-off device available under the Protect programme.

   2. “Customer”, “you” means the individual who purchases Sonic directly from Watergate.

   3. “Installer” means a qualified and professional plumber engaged by the Customer.

   4. “Cashback” refers to a reimbursement from Watergate towards the cost of professional installation, issued via the Tremendous platform and capped at £100.

3. Eligibility

   1. To qualify for the cashback:

      • You must have purchased Sonic directly from Watergate (via watergate.ai);

      • Installation must be completed by an Installer within 30 calendar days of receiving the device;

      • You must provide a valid invoice showing the installation date, service details, amount paid, and Installer’s business information.

   2. Cashback claims are only accepted from original purchasers and for installations carried out within the UK.

   3. The Programme is only available to individual (consumer) customers. Business customers are not eligible.

4. Reimbursement terms

   1. The cashback amount will match the value on the installation invoice, up to a maximum of £100.

   2. If the invoice total is:

      • less than £100 – the full amount will be reimbursed;

      • £100 or more – the cashback will be limited to £100.

   3. Only one cashback claim may be made per customer

   4. No reimbursement will be made without a valid and compliant invoice.

5. Claim process

   1. You must submit the following within 14 calendar days of installation:

      • a copy of the Installer’s invoice;

      • your Watergate order number;

      • the delivery date of the Sonic device.

   2. Submit your claim to support@watergate.ai.

   3. Approved claims will be processed within 10 working days.

   4. We may request further documentation or clarification.

6. Cashback fulfilment via Tremendous

   1. Cashback is issued through the third-party platform Tremendous.

   2. The cashback is subject to Tremendous’ own terms, availability, and payment methods.

   3. We are not responsible for the availability, value or functionality of payout options offered by Tremendous, including digital gift cards, prepaid cards or PayPal transfers.

   4. You may be required to accept Tremendous terms or create an account to redeem the cashback.

7. Limitations and exclusions

   1. This Programme cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless stated.

   2. Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash beyond the Tremendous options.

   3. We reserve the right to reject claims that are incomplete, invalid, duplicated, or suspected to be fraudulent.

8. Changes and cancellation

   1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme at any time without notice.

   2. Valid claims submitted before any change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of submission.

9. Governing law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
