Watergate graduates from REACH UK Class of 2025

We’ve officially graduated from the REACH UK Class of 2025.

It’s been an intense, fast-moving, and genuinely valuable experience. One that has played a meaningful role in how Watergate has evolved over the past year.

What is REACH UK?

REACH UK is a technology scale-up programme from Second Century Ventures, the global PropTech venture capital firm backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. The programme is designed to help ambitious technology companies turn traction into scale.

It brings together founders, investors, industry leaders and operators with one clear focus: helping companies grow faster, and more intelligently, than they could alone.

What the programme delivered

Since joining REACH UK in May, the team has supported us in ways that went far beyond surface-level exposure.

They helped us to:

• Pressure-test our business and funding strategy
• Get in front of decision-makers who can actually move the needle
• Take centre stage at major industry events, including UKREiF, Propertymark One, CREtech and PropTech Connect

Alongside that came closed-door advisory sessions, expert mentoring, and candid conversations that challenged our assumptions and sharpened our thinking.

The practical impact has been clear.

Our technology is now in front of the right people, in the right markets, far faster than we could have achieved on our own. The programme has helped accelerate our growth across the UK, the US and the Middle East, and strengthened how we position Watergate as a prevention-first solution for water risk, cost and sustainability.

The value of the cohort

Just as important as the programme itself has been the people.

It’s been a privilege to go through REACH UK alongside the rest of the Class of 2025. Scale-ups tend to learn best from each other, and this cohort shared lessons, hard-earned scars, real wins and more than a few laughs along the way.

Those relationships don’t end at graduation. They’re part of what makes the REACH network so powerful.

What comes next

We now continue as REACH Alumni, joining a global network of more than 300 companies across 70 countries. It’s a community we’re proud to be part of, and one we expect to stay closely connected to as Watergate continues to scale.
