Manage multiple devices in one property

Water systems aren’t one-dimensional.
Even in a single property, you’re dealing with multiple flows at once – hot and cold lines, different zones, different behaviours happening in parallel.
This release brings that into the app.
It’s one of the biggest updates we’ve shipped recently, and it opens up a much more complete view of how your system actually works.
What’s new?
You can now add up to two Sonic devices to a single property and manage them together in one place.
That sounds simple, but it opens up setups that weren’t possible before.
For example:
- if you’re running a more complex system with multiple lines or zones, you can monitor each part separately, but still understand how they behave together
- if you want to monitor both cold and hot water, you can now do that within the same property, without splitting your setup across multiple locations
Instead of looking at one point in the system, you can start seeing how the whole thing behaves.
You can move between devices, compare how they respond over time, and spot patterns or differences that would otherwise be easy to miss.
Hot water, finally part of the picture
If you already have a Sonic – or you’re planning to install one on your hot water line – you can now bring it into the same setup.
You can mark each device as hot or cold water, so it’s immediately clear what you’re looking at.
But the real difference shows up once you start looking at the data.
Hot water behaves differently. Now you can see that clearly, alongside cold water, as part of the same system.
Which means you’re not just comparing devices anymore.
You’re understanding how usage, energy, and behaviour connect.

Flexible setup modes
When adding two Sonic devices to one property, you can decide how they should work together.
You can run them independently, monitoring two separate parts of the system, or pair them as a hot and cold water setup.
This creates a more connected view of the property and allows the system to respond more intelligently across both lines.

A home screen that shows the full picture
Once multiple devices live in one property, the interface has to keep up.
The home screen has been redesigned to give you a clear view across all devices, so you can understand what’s happening without jumping between screens.
To make the experience more flexible, we’ve also introduced two different home screen modes: Compact and Advanced.

Compact mode keeps things minimal and focused on essential controls, while Advanced mode gives you access to additional sensor readings and more detailed information.
You can now choose the view that fits how you use the system.
We’ve also moved Silence mode into Property settings.
Previously available directly on the main screen next to the on/off control, it now lives inside Property settings, creating a cleaner and more organised experience.
