We equipped every studio apartment in this building with Watergate’s multi-award-winning water monitoring technology. It can detect all kinds of problems from burst pipes right down to dripping taps.
Instant alerts to your community manager
Your in-house community manager will be automatically alerted to any problems and will contact you to arrange a time to fix them.
Automatic water shut-off for maximum protection
If we detect a serious problem that could cause major damage, Watergate can even shut off the water supply to your apartment automatically to protect your stuff and everyone on the floors below you.
