Today we’re delighted to welcome Utopi to the Watergate family as we jointly announce a distribution agreement.
Utopi is a technology platform that helps real estate owners and operators improve the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of their properties.
The new agreement will see our award-winning smart water management products join the smart technology solutions already in the Utopi offering, and further strengthen Utopi’s data capabilities surrounding utility consumption.
Following a successful partnership at Greystar’s Chapter Islington property, we have now joined forces in the multi-tenant real estate sector.
